HOW TO ORDER/PURCHASE:
Step 1: Email your inquiries/order request to alanailham@gmail.com.
Step 2: Order confirmation will be emailed within 2 days. The email will contain the payable amount (inclusive of postal/delivery charges) required. A deposit* of 40% from the total payable amount must be made before commencement of production and within 3 days of emailed confirmation. Payment mode is via banking in directly to account. Account details will be provided in the order confirmation email.
Step 3: Email the transaction details for verification purposes.
Step 4: Upon receipt of payment of deposit, production will commence. Since each Alana Ilham’s batik piece is hand-painted and uniquely made for you, production will take up to three weeks. Once your piece is completed, you will be notified via email and needs to pay the remaining 60% of payable amount to the same bank account. Delivery will be made within 2 working days from the payment receipt. Arrival of goods will depend on actual delivery location.
